Return policy

For customers in Peru

Were you not satisfied with your jewelry? Was it too small or too big? We know that shopping online is different from shopping in a physical store, and we want your experience to be as easy and reliable as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer this clear and simple return policy, based on the trust you place in us:

  • Upon receiving your purchase, you have 7 days to request a return. The first step is to contact us ( devoluciones@edgartica.com ) , either by email, a phone call or WhatsApp (+51 984-512-962 ), or visiting us personally at the workshop ( map )
  • Please do not send the return before contacting us and receiving instructions on the next steps.

  • Once you receive the jewelry, you will receive credit for the amount paid. This credit has no expiration date and can be used for any future purchases.

Important details :

  1. To initiate a return, you must contact us first to coordinate the process.
  2. The 7 days to return the piece start counting from the day you received the jewelry.
  3. For shipments via SERPOST, the delivery date will be the date indicated on the tracking. For shipments via interprovincial bus, the estimated arrival time will be used as a reference.
  4. For example, if you received your order on a Monday, you have until the following Monday to deliver the package to the post office or shipping company.
  5. Returns can be delivered in person to the workshop at no additional cost. If you choose to send it, the shipping cost will be covered by us only if you contacted us before shipping and followed the instructions provided. All returns must be sent via a method with tracking and sufficient insurance to cover the value of the jewelry.
  6. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, protected and wrapped to avoid damage.

For customers in other countries

For international orders, the sale is final due to customs clearance and high international shipping costs.
